Support for Original PANGAEA Customers

PANGAEA's product line was consolidated into SENSYX (both brands owned by SIXPINES PRODUCTS INC). If you originally purchased a PANGAEA-branded product on Amazon or directly, you're in the right place for warranty, manuals, and support.

What changed and what didn't

  • Same parent company. SIXPINES PRODUCTS INC owns both PANGAEA and SENSYX brands.
  • Same engineering team. The detectors you bought under PANGAEA are functionally identical to current SENSYX SRC2000 line.
  • Same warranty terms. Your 2-year limited warranty and 5-year sensor lifespan are unchanged. Warranty claims are processed by the same team, now under the SENSYX brand.
  • Same support team. Email and phone go to the same humans. Phone 888-727-1991. Email support@sensyxsafety.com.

I have a PANGAEA gas detector — what do I do?

If your detector is working: nothing to do. Your warranty continues normally; expected sensor lifespan is unchanged.

Other PANGAEA legacy products

PANGAEA originally sold a small line of long-tail products on Amazon (food thermometer, GPS magnet case, key-hider, Radon monitor case, waxed shoelaces, test strips, tree-swing strap).
